Location : Liverpool

Salary : Up to £48,000 per annum

Hours : 35hrs per week

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to push forward on quality improvement with experience of complex medical needs and working with regulatory bodies to improve standards.

MAIN PURPOSE :

To take overall responsibility for the effective management of all aspects of the service, thereby ensuring the provision of the highest quality standards of specific care and treatment, driven by the needs of the individual.

To lead, manage and direct a multidisciplinary team in the attainment of aims and objectives linked to our client's Strategic Plan and the needs of the individual.

To meet full compliance in line with the requirement of the regulatory body and relevant legislation. To obtain and successfully maintain registration as Registered Manager for the service with CQC.ABOUT YOU :

To have completed QCF(NVQ) level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

In depth knowledge of statutory requirements Legislation and outcomes

Experience and understanding of what constitutes a high quality specific residential service.
