Registered Service Manager – Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs

Location : West Mersea

Salary : £38,000 – £40,000 per annum + discretionary bonus

We are delighted to be supporting our client, a highly regarded provider of specialist care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, in their search for an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a well-established residential service in West Mersea.

The Role

As Registered Service Manager, you will :

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care.
• Enable individuals to live fulfilling lives and achieve their goals with the right balance of support and independence.
• Ensure the well-being, development, and engagement of your team, providing them with the tools and opportunities to succeed.
• Oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant running of the service in line with CQC standards.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resources effectively.
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement across the service.

This role requires CQC registration.
