• Overseeing the team of Technicians; organising Technicians’ workloads & daily Workshop tasks.
• Actively promoting productivity and high standards of quality of work.
• Liaising with customers
• Ensuring the highest level of efficiency and understanding of customer requirements.
• Ensuring set deadlines are met.
• Effectively communicating with other dealership departments
• Complying with company and Brand standards
• Being accurate and precise with all administration.
• To work in a manner that maximises departmental profits.The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08 : 00am – 18 : 00pm, plus Saturday mornings on a rota.The ideal candidate will :
• Have previous Aftersales experience
• Display effective supervisory skills
• Show excellent communication & organisational skills
• Demonstrate a flexible approach to business needs
• Have a willingness to learn and develop
• Be motivated by targets and look to exceed them
• Have an ability to demonstrate effective time management.
• Strong coaching skills
• Possess a great team player mentality
