Term Time role of Chef Manager required at Caterlink, Regents Park Community College, must have a passion for food and cooking as everything is produce from scratch and we offer a fully comprehensive menu, managing our restaurant and Costa outlet as well as function work and helping out where needed.
Must be a good team leader and have a good knowledge of Allergen and Food Safety/Health and Safety and Full training is provided
Start date would be September 1st working for 39 weeks a year, hours 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday 40 hours a week, with 30 minutes break, some flexibility of hours would be needed as you would be expected to cover the odd function.
