Senior Strategy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Strategy Manager to join a rapidly growing organisation within the Energy sector. This is a pivotal role within a high-impact Strategy function that is driving transformational change across the business. Reporting directly to Strategy and Corporate Development C-suite, you will play a key role in designing and implementing the Group Strategic Plan. You will lead and support multiple high-priority strategic projects, working cross-functionally and globally to identify opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and ensure delivery of tangible outcomes. You will also serve as a strategic coach—strengthening capability both within the function and across the broader business.

With a strong emphasis on growth, transformation, and executive-level influence, this role requires an individual who can confidently engage senior stakeholders, contribute to Executive Committee presentations, and align strategy with the organisation's financial and operational objectives.
