Clinical Lead

Were working with a highly respected charitable care home in Pinner, rated Good by the CQC, to recruit an experienced Clinical Lead . This is a key leadership role within a unique care structure, offering the responsibility and scope of a Nurse Manager-level position in a non-profit setting.

What Youll Do :

As Clinical Lead, youll oversee clinical standards and provide hands-on leadership to the nursing and care teams. Youll work closely with the Head of Clinical Services to maintain high-quality care and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading and managing the clinical care team
• Supporting staff development and mentoring
• Carrying out assessments, audits, and care planning
• Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
• Providing clinical leadership across both day and night shifts
