Key Responsibilities

Lead clinical strategy and operational excellence across all departments

Drive quality improvement, compliance, and patient safety

Manage clinical budgets and workforce planning

Deputise for the Hospital Director when required  What We're Looking For

Senior-level hospital management experience

Deep understanding of statutory regulations and clinical governance
