Small growing independent restaurant groups is looking for an Assistant General Manager or Deputy Manager in their wonderful Restaurant in central London

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant General Manager or Deputy Manager to join a small growing restaurant group that is really well thought of within the industry. This is going to be a great place for an Assistant General Manager to work, where the Founder really knows how to look after their people and has proven experience of creating incredibly successful restaurant concepts.

The right Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager must be passionate about service and know how to train and develop their team to deliver exceptional standards.

The right Assistant General Manager will have a proven track record of driving a business's sales. The Deputy Manager will know and how to work with in a company's set standards and work with company KPIs whether they be financial or operational.

The right Assistant General Manger will be able to (and Keen to) move into a General Manager role within the next couple of years.
