The Role
Working alongside an experienced GM, you’ll lead the front-of-house team and ensure service runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Keeping service slick and standards high, even when it gets busy
- Mentoring and developing the team, setting the tone and culture
- Supporting the commercial side – P&L, rotas, spend, and margins
- Balancing the needs of guests and the team with confidence
- Maintaining the vibe and energy throughout service
What You’ll Bring
