We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our afternoon shift team in Northampton (NN7). This role is essential to the smooth running of our operations, overseeing both rework and co-pack teams to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance.

Review weekly work schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels

Deploy staff effectively to meet operational demands

Conduct return-to-work interviews and support internal investigations
