Job Title : Team Leader
Location : Northampton
Salary : £30,600 plus £55 per sleep ins
- Shift work including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins - This role works on a variable shift pattern across the 7 days of the week. A fixed pattern is not available
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Team Leader to join a new residential home, providing high-quality residential care to children aged 717 with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviours.

As a Team Leader you'll help create a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of the young residents.
