What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome every guest with warmth and grace, creating an exceptional first impression
• Manage reservations and waitlists smoothly to ensure an efficient flow of service
• Handle guest enquiries and special requests with care and attention to details
• Support and mentor the host team, leading by example
• Work closely with management and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
