Sous Chef

Interaction Recruitment are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to work for a prestigious client over the coming weeks starting Tuesday 16th September.

Pay : £17-19 per hour PAYE depending on experience

Hours : 5 / 7 days per week usually 10 : 00 / 11 : 00 start and finishing around 23 : 00

Requirements :

• driver with access to a reliable vehicle mandatory
• experience as a CDP / Chef De Partie / Sous Chef / Senior Sous / Head Chef mandatory
• positive, punctual, presentable, professional Chef mandatory
• food hygiene or food safety L2 or higher mandatory
• Chef whites, Chef knives, Chef trousers, Chef Crocs or safety shoes mandatory
• ability to start immediately with no time constraints mandatory
• food allergens certificate ideal
• hotel / restaurant / pub / a la carte / michelin star / rosette experience ideal
• enhanced dbs ideal
