Senior Client Manager

As a Senior Client Manager, you will manage a portfolio of UK and UAE clients, providing expert tax and accounting advice while ensuring high-quality service. You will lead a team (‘pod’), oversee workflow, mentor staff, and support business growth through client retention, process improvements, and new opportunities.

This role requires strong expertise in personal and corporate tax, extensive experience with Xero, and a proactive leadership approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Portfolio Management – Act as the main contact for clients, providing expert tax advice and reviewing work to ensure high accuracy.
• Team Leadership – Oversee a team, delegate tasks efficiently, and provide training and mentorship to support team performance.
• Business Development – Identify opportunities to increase revenue through additional services, renewals, and client conversions.
• Compliance & Technology – Ensure Xero and cloud-based tools are used optimally while maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Strategic Support – Act as an intermediary between staff, clients, and senior management, supporting business forecasting and retention strategies.
