Community Psychiatric Nurse – Older Adult Team – Bedford

Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join the Older Adult Team within the NHS in Bedford.

Role Details : Location :  Bedford

Setting :  Community-based

Client Group :  Older Adults

Contract Length :  Initial 2 months with potential for extension

Hours :  Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Full-time)

Pay Rate :  £27 per hour Umbrella  (£21.46 PAYE per hour)Key Responsibilities :

Provide specialist mental health care to older adults in the community

Conduct assessments, develop and review care plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS standardsRequirements :

NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse

Experience working in community mental health settings with older adults

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
