Community Psychiatric Nurse – Older Adult Team – NHS – Bedford

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Older Adult Team within the NHS, based in Bedford.

Contract Length : Initially 3 months, with potential for extension

Hours : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Location : Community-based roleKey Responsibilities :

Provide mental health support to older adults in the community

Conduct assessments and develop care plans

Administer medication and monitor patient progress

Liaise with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams

Contribute to safeguarding and care coordinationRequirements :

Experience working with older adults in a mental health setting

NMC registration
