We're looking for a talented and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our Elior team at the historic SS Great Britain. This is a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant and varied food operation that includes :

• Daytime café service with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Conference and banqueting catering for a wide range of events
• Restaurant service running Thursday to Saturday evenings

As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering outstanding food across all areas of the operation from crafting elegant canapés to designing inventive evening plates, and everything in between.
