New Home Sales Consultant

Working Pattern

This role requires working 5 days in seven with a 2 day break on either a Tues / Weds or Weds / Thurs, on a rota, so you must be happy working weekends.

About the role

Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful New Home Sales Consultant will be an expert at selling customers their dream home. At Dandara we know those first impressions last, so having a passion for customer service is crucial for this role.

What you will do :

• Meet prospective purchasers, demonstrate the features and benefits of properties for sale – assist with optional extras as and when required.
• Negotiate the sales details with the purchaser
• Process related paperwork on sales achieved including financial payments
