The Role
As a Sales Recruitment Consultant, you’ll combine business development with account management, taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle. You’ll build strong partnerships with businesses, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions — while managing and growing your own portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business through B2B sales and networking
Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring repeat business and strong retention
Source, interview, and qualify top candidates for client vacancies
Negotiate terms, manage offers, and oversee placements
Drive revenue growth by managing the full 360 sales process
What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience (essential)
Strong 360 sales background (business development + account management)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Resilient, ambitious, and target-driven personality
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
