A well-established UK manufacturer and distributor of high-quality plastic containers and handling equipment is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead new business development, nurture key client relationships, and drive national sales growth.

This is with a respected industry leader supplying into sectors such as food production, logistics, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting mid-to-large scale industrial clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying and converting new opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, and product development) to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Represent the business at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events across the UK.
• Produce sales forecasts, track performance against KPIs, and report to senior leadership.
