You’ll be at the heart of our mission enabling our teams to do what they do best : support young people into work, education, or training.

Location details : Birmingham, Manchester or London with hybrid working – minimum 2 days in the office. Interviews are scheduled for w / c 20th October 2025.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a skilled Application Support team, providing oversight of business-critical platforms.
• Define team objectives aligned with wider organisational goals.
• Oversee incidents and service requests, manage system upgrades and enhancements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across development, architecture, and third-party suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple priorities, lead with empathy, and drive system performance.
