Your Role as a Care Team Leader
You’ll play a key role in shaping the quality of care and the culture of your team. Responsibilities include :
- Leading and motivating a team of Support Workers
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
- Supporting recruitment and development of new team members
- Conducting staff supervisions and interviews
- Providing guidance and expertise to your team
- Communicating effectively with families, professionals, and colleagues
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who :
Have experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ / QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)OR are experienced Care Assistants or Carers ready to take the next step in their careerPossess strong communication and leadership skillsAre confident with IT and record keepingAre passionate about person-centred care and team developmentWhy Join Lifeways?
