Your Role as a Care Team Leader

You’ll play a key role in shaping the quality of care and the culture of your team. Responsibilities include :

• Leading and motivating a team of Support Workers
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
• Supporting recruitment and development of new team members
• Conducting staff supervisions and interviews
• Providing guidance and expertise to your team
• Communicating effectively with families, professionals, and colleagues
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
