Location : Exeter. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary : £29,556.80 pro rata (£14.21 / hour).

Role

We are recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Exeter on a permanent basis to assist with general maintenance queries. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring Health and Safety guidelines, policies and procedures are adhered to
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, both on a pre-planned and reactive basis
• Visiting sites for compliance checks and remedial repairs
• Supervise on-site contractors for major works
• General site maintenance duties including cleaning and hygiene services when required
• Provide efficient portering services within a time frame under the direction of the Facilities Manager

Our Successful Candidate

Looking for someone with some experience in building maintenance, caretaking or facilities management, including delivering minor repairs and site maintenance duties. You should demonstrate :
