About the Opportunity
On behalf of our client – a fast-growing UK manufacturer at the forefront of integrated solar technology – ASA Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a small but ambitious team in the North West of England.
This company designs and delivers innovative in-roof solar PV systems for residential and commercial markets, with a focus on aesthetics, compliance, and simplicity of installation. With rapid growth plans and a strong product offering, this is an excellent time to join and help shape their next phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 2–3 sales executives, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
- Drive B2B sales growth through partnerships with installers, roofing firms, developers, and contractors.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Maintain and expand key customer relationships, supporting complex or strategic deals.
- Manage sales reporting, pipeline forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Work cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams to align messaging and market penetration.
- Stay informed on trends, regulations, and competitor activity in the solar and renewables space.
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in B2B sales management, ideally within solar, renewables, construction, or building materials.Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing sales teams.Results-driven mindset with experience in hitting and exceeding revenue targets.Confident communicator and relationship builder.Based in the North West with flexibility to travel as needed.Knowledge of solar PV products or roofing systems is a strong advantage.What’s on Offer
