Location : Dover (Hybrid)

Contract : 9 month fixed term (with potential to be extended or made permanent)

The Team Leader role :

Part of the Submissions team, the Team Leader is a dynamic and supportive role at Migrant Help. The Submissions team primarily assist in the compliance and quality checking of applications as well as the management of all Asylum Services' incoming and outgoing correspondence received through multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities of our Team Leader :

Continuously support a team of Officers to reach their full potential, providing timely feedback and effective coaching to improve skills, increase efficiency and identify any gaps in training and development needs. Ensure mandatory training is kept up to date<...
