About the role
Sytner Stevenage has a fantastic opportunity available for a Credit Controller to join their team.
As a Credit Controller at Sytner Stevenage, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining the dealership’s outstanding debt position. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, liaising with customers by phone and email to resolve payment queries, and following up on overdue balances in a professional and efficient manner. You will also support the wider accounts department with ad-hoc finance tasks, while working closely with the Dealership Accountant and Management Team on any credit-related matters.
About You
When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have previous motor trade experience and credit control or accounts experience.
Knowledge of the CDK / Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is also ideal.
You will be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team.
