We're looking for a Trenchless Site Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you'll take the reins on a variety of trenchless projects-including Proactive Parcels, Reactive Schemes, and Infiltration Reduction Schemes -ensuring they run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

More about the role :

• Lead Site Operations : Manage trenchless / CIPP projects from the ground up-pipe bursting, slip lining, and more.
• Champion Safety & Compliance : Ensure all activities meet UK specifications, approvals, and health & safety standards.
• Collaborate & Communicate : Liaise effectively with stakeholders, planners, and programme teams to deliver seamless project execution.
• Problem Solve on the Ground : Develop compliant, innovative solutions and oversee independent material testing to ensure quality.
• CDM & Site Leadership : Support the creation of Construction Phase Plans and mentor site gangers with tools, training, and leadership.
