We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a groundworks package on a busy construction project in Suffolk, with upcoming follow-on projects in Cambridge and Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual looking to take ownership of multiple sites within a reputable and growing construction firm.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all on-site groundworks operations, ensuring safe and efficient progress

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team to meet programme targets

Maintain high standards of site health & safety and quality control

Ensure all paperwork, daily records, RAMS, permits, and site diaries are completed accurately and on time

Report regularly to the Project Manager with updates on progress, issues, and logistics

Requirements :

Proven experience managing groundworks packages on residential or commercial builds

Strong with site paperwork and administration

Excellent communication and leadership skills

SMSTS and First Aid qualifications (Preferred)

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites
