Technical Food Safety Assistant - HACCP Level 4

My client is looking for a Food Safety Technical Assistant.

Skills Required

• Extensive experience in the food industry (factories, food service, FMCG, or hospitality retail).
• Strong technical background and attention to detail.
• Passion for learning and career development in food retail.
• Deep understanding of the food sector, market trends, and customer needs.
• Supplier selection and performance monitoring.
• Expertise in fresh food and food service products.
• Strong customer focus and internal stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of retail category sourcing and buying.
• Degree in Food Science or a related field.
• HACCP Level 4 and Food Safety Level 3.
• Accredited auditing qualification or equivalent experience.
• Member of the IFST.
