The Role

As our Head of Product , you’ll shape Ravio’s product vision, lead our product strategy, and build a team that delivers exceptional outcomes for our customers and business. This is a player-coach role - you’ll lead and grow a small team of product managers while also directly owning high-impact areas of the product yourself. You’ll be at the heart of Ravio’s mission, working closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, and our Founders. You should be strategic and hands-on, comfortable setting bold direction and rolling up your sleeves to make it happen. You’ll need strong product intuition and comfort with ambiguity, navigate uncertainty, test assumptions, and make smart bets that move us forward.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive product strategy : Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligned to company goals and customer needs
• Lead and grow the product team : Hire, coach and develop a high-performing team of product managers, setting a strong product culture
• Build customer-first products : Use insights from customers, data and the market to shape innovative and impactful solutions
• Deliver outcomes, not just features : Set clear goals, measure success rigorously, and lead the team to deliver real business and user value
• Collaborate deeply across the business : Work with Design, Engineering, and other teams to execute efficiently, and with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure impact
• Champion continuous improvement : Build a culture of learning, experimentation, and feedback - across the product team and the company
• Thrive in ambiguity : Make strong calls with limited information, define what needs measuring, and learn fast
