About the Company

Part of a global group specialising in service brands and with a focus on quality, innovation, and operational excellence, they are now seeking a dynamic Head of Project Sales to lead and grow a critical part of their commercial operation.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Head of Project Sales will :

• Own the strategic commercial direction for the Project Sales function.
• Identify and secure growth opportunities in both domestic and commercial markets.
• Lead the sales team to drive revenue from large domestic projects and recurring commercial contracts.
• Build strong customer relationships while promoting cross-selling and upselling of additional services.
• Analyse financial and operational data to guide decision-making, set targets, and forecast trends.
• Enhance sales processes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing sales team members.
