Account Manager, Contract Manager, Field Based

Account Manager, Contract Manager, Customer Account Manager required to join an industry leading service provider who are looking for double digit growth over the next 12 months. A field-based role covering sites in Cambridgeshire & surrounding areas. Salary circa £40k plus bonus & car.

Duties and Responsibilities

Contract Management :

• Putting in place standard service monitors for assigned contracts.
• Working with both internal CDTs (where applicable) and the company's operational managers to ensure that the level of service is consistent with the customer's requirements.
• Developing relationships with key personnel to create opportunities to introduce new products and services.
• Establishing effective communication at all levels within the customer's organisation.
• Represent my client at contract & user group meetings with the assigned customer.
