Workshop Controller Automotive Preparation Centre

Are you an experienced Workshop Controller or senior technician ready to step up into leadership?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-volume automotive preparation centre that processes hundreds of vehicles every month.

The Role

Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop and valet teams

Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preparation of vehicles for delivery

Ensure quality standards are met before vehicles leave the site

Monitor team productivity, providing support and training where needed

Manage parts, stock levels, and workshop costs within budget

Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times

About You

• ? Previous experience in a workshop, service, or vehicle preparation environment
• ? Supervisory or team-leading experience is highly desirable
• ? Organised, hands-on, and able to prioritise under pressure
• ? Strong focus on quality, efficiency, and delivering results
• ? Flexible to work rotating shifts (06 : 0016 : 00 / 15 : 0000 : 00)
• ? Full UK driving licence
