Role Overview

We are seeking a Projects Permit Co-ordinator to join a leading organisation within the data centre and critical environments sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and administering the Permit to Work (PTW) system, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient project delivery across a high-profile data centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and administer the Permit to Work (PTW) system, ensuring approvals are completed accurately and on time.

Maintain contractor attendance records, produce subcontractor reports, and manage permit archiving for audits.

Attend project meetings to review upcoming permit requests and workloads.

Monitor contractors' activities to ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.

Coordinate works between internal shift teams, management, client operations, and facilities staff.

Prepare Method of Procedures (MOPs) and support enabling works, surveys, and system isolations.
