As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their successful Residential Development team. You will be a key member of the team working on large multi-disciplinary strategic land residential development projects. Initially, the focus will be for a major urban regeneration scheme which will deliver over 4,000 new homes in the Aldershot area over a 10 year programme.

Our client's relationships with their Clients, Advisors, internal and external design team members and Contractors is critical to the success of their business. Accordingly, your ability to build relationships and to develop and maintain a collaborative team ethos amongst the parties to each project is crucial. Your experience will demonstrate that your personal and interpersonal skills are well developed in these areas and that you are already an effective communicator.
