Pay : 95 - 115 per day

Veritas Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Greenwich, South East London, to recruit an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

This OFSTED-rated Good school has a strong reputation for providing excellent support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring they are fully included in all aspects of school life and able to achieve their full potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant with previous SEND experience , who is passionate about making a difference and supporting children\'s learning, development, and wellbeing.

Ideal Candidate

The Ideal SEND Teaching Assistant Will Have :

• Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (essential)
• A strong understanding of strategies to support pupils with additional needs
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Patience, empathy, and resilience in supporting children with diverse needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach to learning support
