IT Support Engineer - MSP Environment

I'm working with a growing Managed Service Provider that's looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team. This role offers variety, exposure to a wide range of technologies, and the chance to develop your skills in both traditional infrastructure and modern cloud platforms.

What you'll be doing :

Providing hands-on technical support across servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user devices

Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly while keeping customers updated in plain, clear language

Managing multiple priorities and projects to deadlines

Building relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers to deliver excellent service

Tech you'll get exposure to :

Microsoft Windows, Windows Server (2008-2019), Exchange, and Mac OS

Cloud technologies including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure

Mobile device management (Intune, iOS, Android, Windows)

Firewalls, security, web filtering, and remote monitoring / support tools

What we're looking for :

Previous IT support experience, ideally within an MSP environment

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
