We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a commercial fit-out project in Exeter, starting mid-October for a duration of 3 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading national FM provider on a high-profile key account. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring project delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

🔧 Role Responsibilities :

Day-to-day site management and supervision of subcontractors

Ensuring health & safety compliance on site

Managing project timelines and reporting progress

Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Ensuring quality control throughout the fit-out process

✅ Requirements :

Proven experience in managing commercial fit-out projects

SMSTS (or equivalent)

First Aid certification

CSCS card

NEBOSH (Managing safety) or IOSH

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently and lead on-site activities

💰 What’s on Offer : £300 per day - CIS

3-month contract with potential for further work
