Location : Bridgwater, Somerset (ideal for candidates from Exeter, Cullompton, Taunton)

Salary : £50,000 – £55,000 + £5,500 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Contract : Permanent, Full-Time

We’re recruiting an experienced Site Manager to deliver a large commercial projects in Bridgwater. This landmark site combines large retail units and food outlets, it will suit a Site Manager that has worked on these kind of schemes in the past.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality expectations
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and senior management
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement effective quality control procedures
• Manage health & safety on site, carrying out toolbox talks and risk assessments
