About the Provision :  This multi-site Alternative Provision supports learners across KS2–KS4, offering tailored education to students with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, and behavioural challenges. Each site has its own unique setting, but all share a commitment to nurturing, inclusive education that prioritises student wellbeing and re-engagement with learning.

About the Roles :  We are recruiting for ASAP starts across several of the provision’s sites, with opportunities for :

General teaching across KS2–KS4

Subject-specific roles (particularly English, Maths, Science, PSHE)

Long-term and temp-to-perm placements

Full-time positions availableKey Responsibilities :

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.

Support students with behavioural and emotional challenges, using a calm and restorative approach.

Work closely with a dedicated team of support staff, SENCOs and pastoral leads.

Foster a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment.
