We’re proud to be working in partnership with a well-established Alternative Provision in Northumberland, recruiting teachers for roles starting ASAP. If you're a dedicated and adaptable teacher with a passion for supporting young people outside of mainstream education, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

About the Provision

This multi-site Alternative Provision supports learners across KS2–KS4, offering tailored education to students with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, and behavioural challenges. Each site has its own unique setting, but all share a commitment to nurturing, inclusive education that prioritises student wellbeing and re-engagement with learning.

About the Roles

We are recruiting for ASAP starts across several of the provision’s sites, with opportunities for :

• General teaching across KS2–KS4
• Subject-specific roles (particularly English, Maths, Science, PSHE)
• Long-term and temp-to-perm placements
• Full-time positions available

To be considered for the top of the pay bracket, applicants must have extensive experience in planning and teaching pupils with SEN / SEMH.
