Solar Panel Installation Supervisor – Permanent Location : Nationwide Commercial & Industrial Projects Morson Edge is recruiting an experienced Solar PV Installation Supervisor to lead nationwide commercial and industrial solar projects. This is a permanent, Monday–Thursday position involving regular UK travel and overnight stays (typically four nights per week). Accommodation, fuel, and a company van are provided for site works. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise Solar PV installation teams on site Ensure all works are delivered safely, to specification, and in line with compliance standards Deliver toolbox talks and manage RAMS and CPP documentation Liaise with clients, site managers, and internal Operations teams Carry out QA inspections, snagging, and final sign-off Essential Requirements (Mandatory) Applicants must hold the following : Proven experience supervising commercial Solar PV installations Strong leadership skills with hands-on installation background Knowledge of flat, pitched, and trapezoidal steel roof systems Confident working at height with a strong safety record Valid CSCS Card – mandatory IPAF certification – mandatory Working at Height, Harness, Manual Handling, and Asbestos Awareness (preferred) Full UK driving licence – mandatory Own vehicle for travel to head office / initial site access – mandatory Package & Benefits Permanent role with long-term project pipeline £39,000 basic salary 25 Holidays per year Nationwide commercial & industrial projects £30 per night overnight allowance Fully expensed accommodation Company van and fuel provided for site works Support from a well-established Warrington-based head office Apply now with your CV or contact Louis Lord on 07702 908983 for further details.
