JP Recruitment are hiring! We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client’s team. You will be based on Denton at their manufacturing site. This is a temp 2 perm position for a reputable company.Duties include but not limited to :
- Creating and giving quotes to customers for products.
- Liaising with internal departments throughout the process.
- Sending purchase orders accordingly.
- Checking customer delivery process.
- Completion of paperwork and documentation.
- Dealing with customers for queries and updates.
- Matching Sales and Purchase Orders
- Use of SAGE.
- Navigating the internal CRM system to update customer records and delivery status.
- Dealing with delivery couriers and sister branches within the company.
- Dispatch documentation completion.
- Stock control, management and ordering stock – dealing with suppliers.Working Hours :
- Mon - Thurs - 8am – 5pm
- Friday – 8am – 2 : 30pmSalary :
- 27k per annum
