Salary: £22,672 + Bonus (up to £10,800) + Benefits

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm & 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30am-2:30pm

A little bit about what you’ll do

As a Warm Lead Generation Advisor, your task will be to speak to people who’ve expressed an interest in our insurance. You’ll then pass promising leads on to our consultants who’ll convert them into customers.
The more brilliant leads you find, the greater the chance of a bonus. You’ll work towards personal targets but also those of your team. If you’re the kind of professional, courteous person who listens carefully and builds good relationships from the get-go, you’ve got an exciting future ahead! Contact centre experience would be helpful, but it’s not essential – we’ll teach you all you need to know.
