Our key client is a leadership development business with a bold mission : to rid the world of bad bosses and replace them with leaders who inspire, coach, and empower.
They are hiring their first Programme Manager to join on a part-time contract (2 days / week, remote) and play a crucial role in helping the organisation scale.
The day rate will be dependent on experience.
What you’ll do :
- Manage end-to-end programme delivery : onboarding learners, setting up contracts, scheduling sessions, and sharing comms.
- Support coaches and clients : upload profiles, manage calendars, and make sure meetings, Zoom links, and updates run seamlessly.
- Keep systems up to date : manage programme platforms, process invoices, and oversee client / coach communications.
- Improve operations : streamline admin, introduce automation, and suggest better ways of working.
- Partner with the founders : help prioritise tasks, track actions, and make sure projects stay on schedule.
What we’re looking for :
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Confident with digital tools (Trello, Miro, Typeform, MailerLite, Google Drive).Strong communicator and proactive problem solver.Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity — this is the organisation’s first hire into operations.Why apply?
