Scope of Role
The Group Head of FP&A occupies an important role in advancing our growth strategies. We are looking for a professional to act as partner to both the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams. This group-level position manages a team of 2 people and presents an opportunity to gain broad exposure to, and exert meaningful influence over, our overall performance within a demanding, market-leading, private equity-backed environment.
In cooperation with revenue operations, finance teams, and stakeholders across the organisation, including investors, executive leaders, and senior manager, the FP&A function delivers value through precise and timely reporting, comprehensive financial planning, and the management and measurement of our OKR's.
Reporting to our Chief Finance Officer in our London HQ, you will have the benefit or a hybrid work schedule, working 3 days per week in the office.
As Global Head of FP&A, you will :
Core FP&A Delivery
Lead the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles, including consolidated and divisional submissionsManage and prepare 3–5-year business planning modelsDeliver monthly KPI packs, board reporting, variance analysis and highlight risks and opportunitiesBe the go-to person for recurring revenue / ARR analytics including data cube ownership, revenue modelling, and metrics such as NRR / GRR, CAC, LTV, and cohort analysisWork with revenue operations and sales leadership on pipeline analytics and revenue forecastingAnalyse complex financial data and provide clear recommendations, including ROI analysis and business casesAutomate reporting processes : management self-serve reporting, board packs and business reviewsBusiness Partnering
Be a strategic “critical friend” to the executive team, supporting strategic decisions with insight and challengeBuild bottom-up cost centre budgets, partnering with Executives and directors to identify key cost driversProvide ad hoc support and analysis for the CEO and CFO, including scenario modelling and sensitivity analysisPartner with revenue team leaders to challenge and understand KPIs, operational performance, and cost projections below gross profitSupport M&A and exit activities including due diligence, forecast reviews, and integration planningReport to the board and private equity investors on a monthly and quarterly basis, and respond to ad hoc requestsRequirements
As Global Head of FP&A, you will have :
Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA), 6+ years PQEExperience working in PE-backed and SaaS environments, including direct investor exposureAdvanced financial modelling and excel skills; experienced in producing board-level presentationsExperience running company-wide budgeting, forecasting and planning across P&L, cash flow and balance sheetExperience working in global organisation with multi-company, multi-currency structuresComfortable working with large and complex data sets.Commercial acumen and ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insightAdvanced user of FP&A tools, BI & data visualisation platforms (Power BI, Salesforce, comparable systems)Demonstrated experience managing a team.Benefits
