FP&A Manager. Hybrid Remote. London (West End). Competitive base pay. AKT London is The Personal Performance Company with multi award-winning body care. The role is a highly visible position that will work cross-functionally with the Senior Leadership Team, Founders, and department heads to provide critical financial insights, robust forecasting, and commercial analysis as AKT scales internationally.

As FP&A Manager you will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function to support rapid international growth and profitable expansion. Travel is not a regular requirement beyond monthly team days in the London office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company\'s objectives and a clear view of future performance.
• Develop and maintain the core 3-statement financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and support scenario planning for strategic decisions.
• Act as the primary finance partner for key budget holders across Marketing, Operations, and E-commerce; provide actionable insights to optimise spend and ROI.
• Deliver insightful analysis of monthly financial results, investigate variances, and communicate drivers, risks, and opportunities to the leadership team.
• Oversee detailed cash flow forecasting to manage working capital and support growth and inventory requirements.
• Analyse the financial viability of strategic initiatives (e.g., new markets, new product development, significant capital investments) and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Design and implement scalable management reporting packs, dashboards, and KPI tracking for visibility of commercial performance.
• Drive continuous improvement within finance by automating reporting, enhancing modelling capabilities, and implementing scalable FP&A processes.
