Residential Lettings Manager

Overview

An exciting opportunity to manage and grow one of the largest residential lettings portfolios in Somerset.

The Role

This full-time role would suit someone with experience in Residential Lettings and seeking their next challenge. The role will involve all aspects of Residential Lettings, managing an established team and overseeing the day-to-day running of the department with the aim of expanding the portfolio and developing the business.

You will have the opportunity to deal with a diverse range of property; the ideal candidate is proactive, ambitious, well-organised and computer-literate.

As Lettings Manager / Valuer, you will be involved in the entire day-to-day letting processes from conducting market appraisals, creating property listings, negotiating terms, some property management as well as dealing with day-to-day landlord and tenant inquiries, as required. In addition you will be managing the team ensuring smooth and efficient running, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants.

Some Saturday working will be required on a rota basis.

• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Desire and passion to deliver the highest standards
• IT Literate and able to adapt to learning new IT systems quickly
• A full UK driving license and your own car is essential.
