Executive Sous Chef

Located in the vibrant heart of the city, Eataly London is dedicated to offering the finest Italian cuisine and products. We are on the lookout for an experienced and hands-on Executive Sous Chef to oversee and elevate the operations of our back-of-house team. Our Bishopsgate store is home to two restaurants ( Pasta&Pizza and Terra by Carlo Cracco ), a production kitchen, quick service kitchens, a bakery, and a pastry lab. In this key and hands on role, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to coordinate the entire kitchen team, ensuring the efficiency of the operations, while also managing wage budgets and financial performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

• Lead and mentor senior chefs across multiple concepts, inspiring excellence with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Support the Executive Chef in shaping back-of-house strategy, balancing culinary quality with financial performance.
• Assist in menu and recipe development that celebrates Italian authenticity, seasonality, and premium ingredients.
• Manage food costs, stock control, and portioning to ensure both profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Partner with front-of-house leaders to deliver seamless guest experiences across all outlets.
