Mission
ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a confident, sales-driven professional with a passion for client engagement and luxury service to join our team as Membership Sales Executive.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in expanding our exclusive membership base by selling a luxury service both over the phone and face-to-face. This is a high-impact, target-focused role suited for someone who thrives on making meaningful client connections, hitting conversion goals, and confidently representing a brand that partners with some of the most prestigious names in luxury fashion.
You will represent a membership experience that offers clients priority access to private sales from world-renowned brands – your mission will be to communicate the value of this access with confidence, clarity, and conviction.
Profile
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Membership Growth & Prospection
Collaborate with the UK Manager of Clients to develop and execute targeted conversion campaigns.
Monitor and report on campaign performance weekly, monthly, and annually.
Showroom Membership Acquisition and Experience
Provide on-the-ground support to the Hostess team during strategic sales events, help manage queues, signage, and crowd flow.
Identify potential prospects in the queue and on the showroom floor and engage them to present and sell memberships in-person.
Ensure that both Hostess and Floor teams are fully equipped and trained to communicate membership benefits with refined sales techniques.
Propose new strategies and processes to the UK Manager of Clients to continuously improve showroom conversion rates.
